Promoted to lead all transaction management for one of the firm’s Strategic Alliance clients with a portfolio of over 16 million square feet across 269 owned and leased assets in North America. Also held position of Client Relationship Manager to coordinate all current business line delivery and new business development.* Held the CRM role for a Fortune 500 client as the youngest, most junior, and newest individual to the firm amongst 60 other CRM’s for the top revenue producing clients in the Corporate Solutions Group. * Positioned 4 key redevelopment opportunities for client that sold through a complex bid disposition process. Tremendously successful results were achieved that netted between 15% up to 31% above market value expectations. These results led to the expansion and extension of the client relationship and led to modifications to the master services agreement beneficial to the firm.

Successfully transformed Appeals Department staff with over 50 personnel from conducting 8,000 appeals annually to a record setting year of 93,000 appeals.* Provided superior leadership and training to the core staff managers and reduced a 60% attrition rate for full time temporary staff to below 15%. In addition to attrition, five other critical appeals benchmarks were identified and reduced by greater than 20% improvement in each process area.

Managed 11 Landlord Agency accounts totaling over 144,000 square feet and 8 Tenant Representation accounts totaling over 551,000 square feet of commercial space respectively. Directed the marketing and advertising efforts for the company’s real estate portfolio of over 8 million square feet of client properties.* After only 6 months with the company and in the real estate industry, was selected as a key member on the pursuit and eventual win of the largest transaction the company had ever achieved.

Managed diverse staff element of 60 personnel that supported day to day operations of a 300 person recruiting force. Conducted a complex Regional Market Analysis over a geographic area equivalent to 33% of Pennsylvania. Responsible for the marketing and training of 7 recruiting companies across Allegheny County with 64 high schools, 12 colleges, and a population market of 80,000 prospects. * Received special recognition from the Battalion Commander upon completion of marketing and prospecting events that drove in four times the number of qualified leads than previously achieved.* Reduced recruiting impropriety investigations by 50% due to intensive training & review program.

Responsible for all aspects of supply, maintenance, and transportation for an aviation brigade of 107 helicopters and 416 vehicles as well as a $28M repair parts budget to ensure the most forwardly deployed aviation brigade in the world was combat ready at all times. * Maintained 100% account balance and repair parts compliance in accordance with regulatory guidelines, command inspections, and cost saving initiatives.

Coordinated all operations and training for 182 personnel, 53 vehicles, and 6 helicopters in addition to equipment, tools, and repair parts worth over $25M.* Received Commendation Medal for coordination and leadership of a combined joint task force of military units that had never before been assembled together in one cohesive training exercise.
