In this role I have achieved an exceptional variety of skills to ensure, installing a complete system to servicing a telephone line is completed to the highest standard.Duties include but not limited to; ● Installing necessary equipment i.e dishes, cable, set top box, distribution solutions, routers, switches etc...● Solving a multitude of problems on service visits, assisting colleagues for visits that require Special Access equipment and methods using detailed risk assessments. Providing coaching for engineers unfamiliar with certain aspects regarding tasks or relating to Health & Safety. ● Installing and maintaining cloud wifi systems for business customers. Assigning I.P addresses, relevant access points. Creating heat maps to ensure wifi range accessible throughout entire venues. I am involved with a JDW wetherspoons project installing and maintaining Cisco equipment to provide sites with full cloud coverage, installing and commissioning structured cabling.● Installing and servicing business tv customers using various off catalogue equipment and out of the ordinary methods.● I have been a trialist for sky Q for about 2 years now testing and feeding back pre launch and also after launch.

Held a variety of positions within this company ranging from till operator to trade counter manager.Duties included, ●Scanning items and serving customers handling cash and providing good customer service, I was forklift trained on three types of vehicle so I managed stock rotation ensuring products were always available for customers.● I then moved on to become delivery co-ordinator which made me responsible for the logistical side of the business making sure the correct items were delivered to the correct addresses at the correct times. ● For success in this role I was moved up to the trade counter to share my product knowledge onto the sales staff and manage the stores sales team.

This was my first role after leaving college. I used this role to quickly gain some experience in the work place and get some customer satisfaction skills.My duties included replenishing stock levels on the shop floors, serving customers and handling cash. Meeting and greeting customers entering the store and creating new memberships. Dealing with customer enquiries and generally being there when needed.
