Managing a wide variety of volunteers, fundraisers and organisational supporters to achieve ambitious fundraising targetsKey Achievements included:Successfully managed a huge geographical area with few densely populated areas, including Shropshire, Mid to North Wales , the Isle of Man, and West Cheshire.July ’10 – March ’11 – Met or exceeded budget on all income streams totalling over £400,000April '11 to December '11 – Exceeded year to date budget by around 10%, and on target to the re-forecast to achieve a budget of £560,000. With April-September registrations reaching over 220 supporters, I have achieved total registrations over 70% above national average, with supported fundraisers within the regional team nearly doubling other teams around the country.Supported around 18 groups over a 16 month period. During this time, I have saved one committee from closing, regenerated one, and assisted the growth of a number of others through expert relationship management.Successfully supported two volunteer-led events that raised over £75,000. Played a key role in the team supporting the handover and development of the Relay For Life event series across the North West and Wales.
