Accomplishments:• Created the product vision and leadership for of the OPM solution set that was launched in 2015 and delivered $7.3M in sales in 2016 and $96.2m in 2017.• Led the APM Product Management Team to the design and delivery of APM 2.0 which delivered $28.1M in 2015 and 207.4M in 2016.• Created the Solution Map, including market analysis, market penetration strategy, product vision and product team leadership that upgraded Operations Excellence into a product with bookings in excess of $135M in 2016• Defined the strategy and solution design that created Outcome-as-a-Service software to support Power Services MYA offerings.• Worked with the GE Digital Marketing team to develop the go to market, commercial intensity collateral, Minds & Machines Demo scripts, and ATQ documentation require to launch Operations Optimization (OPM) for Power.• Collaborated with the GE Digital OPM Product Manager to define horizontal and vertical working strategies to accelerate both OPM and Operations Optimization to market.
