Currently an internal consultant for People First Bank. This was formed from the recent merger of Peoples Choice and Heritage Bank. I support leaders to strategise, plan, design and transform the bank. 2. Ran my own boutique consulting business for 16 years in Sydney and Adelaide, delivering 10 x assignments in financial services and 3 in the government sector (2004 - 2020). Gained great experience working with ING (x3 assignments), Rabobank (2x assignments), Commonwealth Bank, Perpetual, Greenstone insurance (2 x assignments), the NSW Justice department, RFS NSW and SA Police.3. Ran and transformed a (NFP) member-owned professional association ISACA in Sydney (2012 - 2014). Led an amazing team that improved the member experience through scaling up member products & services, marketing, website, sales, service, finance, risk, strategy and execution, partnerships and conference sponsorships. (40 volunteer hrs per week) 4. Prior to 2004, I worked in sales in the IT industry in Ireland, UK and Sydney. This included regular achievements of 120% of quarterly sales targets that kept going up by 20% per quarter at Dell Computers.5. Researched and wrote a strategic planning professional development book on a volunteer basis for a NFP. These included 170 industry insights from board members and Execs. (2014) 7. Graduate of AICD and MIT. I completed the AICD courses so I could understand the responsibilities and thinking of a Board, and the questions they should ask, so as a consultant, I can support Execs to proactively meet Board expectations. I completed MIT's Digital business strategy course to stay on top of how digital technologies and artificial intelligence can deliver value.
