After college get picked up by a major national company or a fine dinning establishment. One day hope to venture into my own buisness and then retirement goal in my late 50'sSpecialties: Grill and saute work with an emphasis of flawless preperation of dishes. Handling a muptitude of tasks in a high stress environment. A strong focus in sanitation and food saftey.
