I have had a very successful and fulfilling career as a diplomat, living through a military coup in Türkiye, civil war in Mozambique, undercurrents of terrorism, post war reconstruction in Lebanon, 9/11 and threats against UK diplomats. I am an Expert Generalist. I then moved into a role as a Business Development and Client Relationship Director at Directioneering. I am also an executive coach for business professionals and a Co-Chair (now Director) of The 100% Project, a Not For Profit working to bring gender equality in leadership roles. My expertise in interpersonal relationship building, leading and delivering change, and strategic planning are valuable assets to a business and those I coach. I was in the UK for 2023 and coaching with our UK CPI Partner, Working Transition. I returned to Sydney in February 2024. .My core values of fairness, integrity, honesty, commitment, courage, openness, trust, and respect align well with the values of many successful businesses, and will serve as a strong foundation for my approach to my work and how I interact with people.
