My professional experience is wide and varied, accumulated over forty years of photography and journalistic endevours, not to mention the several forays into the nether world of the entrepreneurial way of life. My photojournalism career began in Mexico City as a stringer for AP, Newsweek, NYT, Reuters, and a host of local and Latin American publications. I partnered an audiovisual firm there and managed the best color lab in the city, worked for the Press Secretary of the President of the Republic, and maintained many professional clients.After 10 years south of the border I returned to the States in 1976 and settled into San Francisco. I there established myself as a travel, PR and executive portrait photographer with such clients as Western Air Lines (remember them?), Royal Viking Cruise Lines, Islands Magazine, Wells Fargo Bank, TransAmerica, Bank of America, and many others. I sat on the board of the Pacific Asia Travel Association for five years, and partnered a photo stock agency in the early days of the Internet. I was part of the first efforts to digitize film as a producer of a series of photo CDs issued by Corel Corp.With seventeen years in San Francisco behind me I looked at the map, realized there were more people in the Bay Area than all of the state of Idaho, and moved to Boise.Specialties: Travel, real estate, fine art, editorial, stock, architectural, protraitureAnd I just published my first book in what might be called the "speculative fiction" genre.
