Technical advisor for GrowthPoint client transactions in the areas of digital media, systems infrastructure, and workgroup technologies. Manage and support all hardware, software, telephony, and mobility requirements for offices in Silicon Valley and the UK--including internet presence, network security, file sharing, collaboration tools, and document management.

For Kaiser's National Medicare Administration, defined and managed business requirements through two releases of the Customer Information Management Platform (CIMP)--KP's national marketing database. On behalf of 5 discrete marketing and telesales client groups, orchestrated software planning and testing activities with key technology servicing groups--KP IT, Healthcare Systems, and external software vendors. Prepared senior management presentations--i.e., application roadmaps, functional overviews, and cost-benefit analyses. Mobilized a standalone enhancement project to automate campaign metadata for improved telesales outreach.

Managed new software initiatives and enhancements for the CEO Portal (commercial online banking site). Coordinated work effort of two 6-person development teams dispersed across multiple time zones. Organized and led systems solution sessions and technical walkthroughs with IT partners in system architecture, infrastructure, data management, user experience, and supporting applications. Responsive to several discrete LOB units with competing agendas and timetables. Focal manager for daily QA/defect reviews, weekly program meetings with senior staff, and online project reporting.

Devised and directed broadband connectivity and support strategy for the MSN TV 2 Internet & Media Player. Program manager for all wireless networking functionality and device support. Mobilized an 8-person team (marketing, product management, engineering) and 2 electronics manufacturers from initial planning through release, including: hardware/software QA, in-home field testing, and customer support. Analyzed broadband marketplace developments; wrote functional specifications; designed UI prototypes; and authored marketing support collateral re: broadband internet, wireless, and home networking.

Lead innovation consultant assigned to Nextera’s 120-person technology practice, specializing in broadband media and web services. • Led a 12-mo. product design collaboration involving two consulting firms and the hotel industry’s three leading competitors. Consulted directly on behalf of Hilton Corp CEO. • Guided a major technology/strategy initiative for one of North America’s most prominent telecommunications holding companies. Consulted directly to the managing committee (esp. CIO and CTO) re: strategic product initiatives.

Led strategic planning for a 500-person technology group, encompassing 5 data centers, all securities/trading systems and technologies, as well as the bank's global IP network. Secured initial $25mm project funding for the bank's largest client/server initiative. Collaborated with senior managers to reengineer the bank’s commercial credit process and to devise a supporting technology strategy.
