David Sanderson is a Commercial Insurance Agent at Sanderson Insurance Agency, Inc.. He possess expertise in risk management, protection, management, insurance, analysis and 36 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "David's ability to synthesize information and make the proper decision, at the proper time, under the most difficult circumstances imaginable, made him one of the most valuable assets in our unit during Operation Iraqi Freedom III. Not only was he a student of the counter-insurgent craft, but he consistently took the time to train other soldiers, regardless of rank, on how to perform all manners of counter-insurgent tasks, from managing small teams to discussing diplomatic issues with town elders and collecting intelligence that drove some of the most successful operations in the Iraqi Theater. David did all this, and did it well, while remaining humble. He truly embodied the motto of our unit "Semper Paratus", "Always Prepared". He was always prepared to place himself at the center of our unit’s main effort and never wavered in doing the hard right over the easy wrong. Because of men like David, our unit was able to succeed in turning Mosul from a hotbed of insurgent activity in 2004 into an area where the most successful democratic elections occurred in 2005.
