I love working with people that care to get it right and can’t stand doing things poorly. I am driven to figure out ways to do things better. This motivates me to constantly seek ways to make people’s experiences working with us meaningful. Even, maybe particularly, in the age of information, it can be difficult to make important decisions. There is plenty of information, but is it the right information? I look at my role as helping with that flow of information so that people have what they need to make great decisions. I have a natural curiosity and a unique background in this industry that enables me to gain a much deeper understanding of what is needed for the roles I work on and the expertise of the people I work with. This enables me to dig in and ask meaningful questions that ultimately help people get to a well thought out decision. I am in this for the long haul. We have been in business for almost 50 years and have enjoyed the commitment and contributions of many people during that time. As we help others with their careers, we do the same for people here at Variant Partners. We are proud of the fact that we have had two people retire from our company after 30 years of service and currently have two more that have been here over 25 years.
