Responsible for the startup of DEG’s Data Management practice. This entailed acquiring MDM and Data Quality tools to manage the data necessary to support Business Intelligence, Analytics & Insights, and creating Single View of the Customer (SVoC) Identity Management processes. • Establish vision, goals, strategies, and tactics to build out the relational data warehouse and dimensional data marts to digital marketing activities as well as purchase attribution, analytics and business intelligence efforts.• Oversee design and implementation of all ETL and Data Quality processes. Hands on involvement with data modeling, ETL development and Data Quality implementation activities. • Close involvement with business analyst and analytics stakeholders to ensure that data mart design and data sourcing will achieve business intelligence and analytics requirements.• Establish data capture best practices and persistent id structures to better enable purchase attribution and SVoC processes.• Create MDM and Data Management infrastructure for non-identified social data (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Campaign Management tools) to provide insights into marketing activity effectiveness.
