The next phase in my career occurred by embracing an entrepreneurial opportunity offered to build a new practice within an established consulting firm. I was eventually tapped to lead this practice on a global level and ended up driving double-digit growth. As Global Head of Assessment, I led a team of 40+ consultants to innovate and deliver custom, high-touch solutions to clients that produced results. However, during this period, my health significantly declined, forcing me to contemplate the difficult decision to step away from the practice I had passionately helped build. Recognizing the need to focus on my well-being, I stepped down and dedicated the next six months to restore my physical and mental health.This critical juncture reignited my passion for creating people-centric talent solutions, leading to the founding of Tal Insights.
