My journey began with developing talent lifecycle solutions promoted performance, diversity, and fairness. I then had the opportunity to survey employee engagement and help organization action plan based on the outcomes, resulting in improved organizational commitment, productivity, and retention. As my career advanced, I had the honor of advising senior executives on leadership succession, assessing and coaching numerous leaders to strengthen their talent pipelines and promotion decisions. The next phase in my career occurred by embracing an entrepreneurial opportunity offered to build a new practice within an established consulting firm. I was eventually tapped to lead this practice on a global level and ended up driving double-digit growth. As Global Head of Assessment, I led a team of 40+ consultants to innovate and deliver custom, high-touch solutions to clients that produced results. However, during this period, my health significantly declined, forcing me to contemplate the difficult decision to step away from the practice I had passionately helped build. Recognizing the need to focus on my well-being, I stepped down and dedicated the next six months to restore my physical and mental health.This critical juncture reignited my passion for creating people-centric talent solutions, leading to the founding of Tal Insights.
