With over 25 years of experience in management consulting, I have dedicated my career to enhancing the dynamic relationship between employee experience and organizational success. Throughout my career, I've consistently delivered data-driven solutions that empower organizations to elevate performance, enhance engagement, increase retention, and future-proof their workforce. My academic and professional pursuits have equipped me with the expertise to help companies across diverse industries improve talent acquisition, onboarding, HiPo identification, development, and succession processes, among others. My journey began with developing talent lifecycle solutions promoted performance, diversity, and fairness. I then had the opportunity to survey employee engagement and help organization action plan based on the outcomes, resulting in improved organizational commitment, productivity, and retention. As my career advanced, I had the honor of advising senior executives on leadership succession, assessing and coaching numerous leaders to strengthen their talent pipelines and promotion decisions. The next phase in my career occurred by embracing an entrepreneurial opportunity offered to build a new practice within an established consulting firm. I was eventually tapped to lead this practice on a global level and ended up driving double-digit growth. As Global Head of Assessment, I led a team of 40+ consultants to innovate and deliver custom, high-touch solutions to clients that produced results. However, during this period, my health significantly declined, forcing me to contemplate the difficult decision to step away from the practice I had passionately helped build. Recognizing the need to focus on my well-being, I stepped down and dedicated the next six months to restore my physical and mental health.This critical juncture reignited my passion for creating people-centric talent solutions, leading to the founding of Tal Insights. My personal journey through health challenges has deeply reinforced my belief that prioritizing people is crucial for driving impactful outcomes.
