City Of Surrey, City Hall

• Responsible for 20+ Security Staff at Surrey City Hall, City Centre Library, North Surrey Recreation Centre, Surrey Works Yard (Past sites include: Surrey Sport and Leisure Complex, Hemlock Works Yard)• Responsible for Payroll and Pay Reconciliation and Scheduling• Trained to use the City Access Control Program “Axiom V” responsible for all City Employee Access needs and programing upon request• CCTV Camera System Operator and Trainer for “Avigilon” • Trained to use Fire panel, responsible for training staff as well • Enforcing site rules and legislations, and carrying out client requests• Ensuring that the Civic Centre is a safe and secure place to come to work• Responsible for all key tracking• Plan and organize Security for special events on site and for remote sites upon request

Guildford Town Centre

• Responsible for opening and closing procedures, making sure everything is secure• Occupational First Aid Level 1 & 2• CCTV Camera System Operator • Trained to use Fire panel• Offering professional customer service• Documenting and Photographing incidents taking place on property• Enforcing site rules and legislation's, and carrying out client requests• Working directly with the Client for day to day needs regarding leasing issues, key management, access control, construction and general building maintenance• Processing vehicle citations and towing violators• Dispatching and Scheduling guards upon request• Ensuring that the Shopping Centre is a safe and secure place to come to work and shop

Willowbrook Shopping Centre

• Responsible for opening and closing procedures, making sure everything is secure• First aid attendant with Occupational First Aid Level 2• Shift manager, in charge of delegating other guards to tasks• Trained to use CCTV camera system• Trained to use Fire panel, and how to work with sprinklers and drainage system• Offering professional customer service• Documenting and Photographing incidents taking place on property• Enforcing site rules and legislations, and carrying out client requests• Ensuring that the Shopping Centre is a safe and secure place to come to work and shop

• Painting interior and exterior• Dry Walling, installing, mudding, taping, fire proofing, fire taping, sanding• Flooring, wood, carpet, tile, vinyl• Electrical, installing plugs, wiring, trouble shooting, lighting• Data/Phone installing, trouble shooting• Framing, wood and metal stud walls, windows, doors, cement work• T-Bar installing • Landscaping, installing trees and shrubbery, installing fences

The Shops At Morgan Crossing

• Responsible for all Security Staff on site• Responsible for Payroll and Pay Reconciliation and Scheduling• Attend Weekly Administrative meetings with Client and discuss ideas on making Shopping Centre better for the Client, Tenant and the Customer • Trained to use Fire panel, and how to work with sprinklers and drainage system• Enforcing site rules and legislations, and carrying out client requests• Ensuring that the Shopping Centre is a safe and secure place to come to work and shop• Responsible for creating security memo’s to deliver to all tenants on important matters• Responsible for all key tracking for all tenant spaces • Mediator between Residential Manager and Property Manager on site• Plan and organize Security for special events on site
