Overseeing operations at our Henderson, NV warehouse. I provide Sales support to our Sales department here on the west coast. I travel to customer location, provide stretch film audits, equipment audits all with the intention to reduce plastic waste. We achieve this by offering a high performance film with our MUST monitors system. This IS the most sustainable program in POLY today. PERIOD.

Assisted with organization, integration, implementation of several cloud services during this time period. We switched from Zimbra mail to a complete O365/Azure suite. We migrated from Avaya on PREM phone system to Cisco Webex Cloud based/SIP system including video conferencing and SIP deployment. We migrated to all Meraki Based network equipment including but not limited too AP, MX devices, POE switches. I helped create a support desk as the need grew. This was developed with a team using Samanage and existing infrastructure to create a 30 min or less response, ticket based support system that is still in place today. During this time frame, I was moved to our Charlotte branch to Oversee Support desk and be ON SITE representative for our $10m Solution center. Additional responsibilities include ANY and all IT related projects for our Charlotte Solution Center. Conference room overhauls with the latest technology, POE camera and access control installation and configuration, Automation and smart office devices. Was responsible for any IT need during customer. and high profile guest visits. Was responsible for hardware procurement for the company during the Windows 10 upgrade in which we replaced and rolled out 600+ new computers, monitors and complete setups. Assisted in the Work from Home program during covid. Helped organize, procure, setup, distribute all equipment involved. Was dabbling in CAD for corrugated box design and maintain our 120" cad table and design area, Used AutoCad and Artios Cad.

Was on site support for all IT/administrative related tasks for Atlantic SBS converting division. Oversaw and help assist with all DATA related task in terms of inventory, production, forecasting, and reporting. Was on site IT for the entire branch including Network Administration, O365 Administration, Hardware, General support.Job started with assisting with data analytics and Inventory. Quicky grew into a Hybrid IT/Administrative role. Oversaw inventory team responsible for $35/m customer inventory across 3 facilities. Was involved in Warehouse Management Rollout that included RF scanning, cycle counts and Physical inventories. Traveled to all converting locations to assist with Administrative, inventory, and IT related tasks.
