Progressing quickly to Design/Project Engineer, Engineer Manager, Technical Director and finally Operations Director with a team of 55. As Operations Director I was responsible for Design, Estimation, Manufacture Purchasing and Sales of bespoke production equipment. For the past 20 years I have been developing teams/processes and creating innovative market leading Medical Mobility Devices. I hold a Private Pilot License and I am a member of The St. Andrews Golf club.
