I am a very experienced Engineering Director with New Product Development, Project Management and Leadership skills. My proactive approach has resulted in numerous project successes. My ability to develop and organise multi-disciplined teams results in profit improvements. Highly motivated and Innovative IMechE, CEng, BEng Hons Mechanical Engineer; plus an ONC and HNC in Mechanical & Production Engineering and a HNC in Computer Aided Engineering.Apprenticeship served within a Special Purpose Machine Tool design & manufacturing environment. Progressing quickly to Design/Project Engineer, Engineer Manager, Technical Director and finally Operations Director with a team of 55. As Operations Director I was responsible for Design, Estimation, Manufacture Purchasing and Sales of bespoke production equipment. For the past 20 years I have been developing teams/processes and creating innovative market leading Medical Mobility Devices. I hold a Private Pilot License and I am a member of The St. Andrews Golf club.
