I am a veteran sales and service manager. I am passionate about working with people and enjoy hearing about their interests and finding creative ways to connect and cultivate productive relationships. As a Sales Manager for over 5 years, I was responsible for managing, developing and training multiple sales people. I’ve spent over 5 years as a multi-unit manager responsible for more than 10 in-store investigators that identified, resolved and educated store personnel in all company shrink and safety programs. I have 15 years’ experience using store and exception reports to measure key performance indicators and customer project metrics to enhance the business. The last 5 years have been spent focused on merchandising by selecting market specific product assortments based on customer's needs and sales velocity. Our company drives high level of service and standards throughout store by connecting customers with a wide variety of products. I have been involved in some rewarding work in those years such as enhancing our store’s E commerce business. It has been fun and challenging, watching our team work hard to grow the segment.
