Management of projects including working across departments (e.g. manufacturing, EH&S, health service, facilities, legal, IT, HR, QA labs, etc.) and geographically (domestically and internationally), creation, development, and implementation of the employee competence training program for the entire site. Design, development and delivery of all training in compliance to FDA and ISO regulations, system administrator and technical lead for the Saba learning management system, learning needs analysis and consultation with all departments to guide and enforce compliance to quality standards, extensive FDA, ISO, and customer audit experience. Training content development for in-person, online, and blended delivery, advanced skill with Articulate Storyline (>200 courses implemented), Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsible for all quality and procedural processes within the education and training department including all policies, procedures, forms and templates. Liaison between training department and Siemens corporate quality. Primary CAPA investigator and audit representative. Management and monitoring of all customer satisfaction metrics worldwide ultimately reported to upper management.

Supervision of a team of education specialists, scheduling work assignments, mentoring and coaching for performance and evaluating delivery and development results. Directed the day to day operations of the training center including; student experience (transportation, lodging, food service, entertainment, classroom environment, etc), facility maintenance, training instruments and laboratory information system (LIS) use, supply costs, etc.

Certified technical trainer (CTT+), delivery of customer and employee training classes, domestically and internationally, development of curriculum in print and web based formats, mentoring and training of new education specialists.

Delivery of training courses to customers and employees (sales, technical and non-technical), development of e-learning and print training curriculum, delivery of training at customer accounts (domestically and internationally).

Management of clinical laboratory services on the 2nd and 3rd shifts, testing of clinical specimens using automated and manual methods in all areas of the medical laboratory including blood banking, mentoring and coaching of staff for performance, liasion between the clinical lab and medical center staff (RN's, MD's, etc).
