The administration and maintenance of this information is performed with a combination of mainframe and server systems. Primary support for the telephony IVR software.• Perform systems analysis and tuning on a number of larger batch COBOL programs which resulted in a 35% reduction in CPU usage.• Took over project lead to alter emergency benefit amounts because of the federal government budget changes do to sequester reductions. Project came in on time.• Project lead in the implementation of Kansas House Bill 2105 which bases benefit payment length on the current Kansas unemployment rate. Project was installed on January 1, 2014.

Lead programmer in the supported of the in house developed sub-systems RPMS(Report Management System) and SRI Print both written in Assembler, REXX, and DB2.
