David Fried is a trial lawyer who represents injured individuals and businesses. Following law school, David was hired as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Tom Pope, the Honorable Jefferson Davis, and the Honorable Shepherd Howell in Cartersville, Georgia. He then worked on the other side of his current plaintiff’s practice – defending injury cases with the Atlanta insurance defense firm, Fain, Major & Brennan. He later concentrated his practice on Fair Labor Standards Act Wage and Overtime claims and employment discrimination defense litigation with the Atlanta offices of Jackson Lewis, then Hunton Andrews Kurth. David left the “big firm” environment with the goal of representing injured individuals and businesses. Since 2005, David has been Identified by Law & Politics and the publishers of Atlanta Magazine as Georgia’s Legal Elite and consistently named among Georgia’s Super Lawyers. He is a regularly invited guest speaker for legal seminars, web and podcasts.
