Managing the launch of the Orbitform Medical UVC Decontamination Chamber. The Orbitform Medical UVC Decontamination Chamber (UVC DC) decontaminates disposable N95 face masks / respirators. Allowing the re-use of face masks / respirators in the event of a shortage. The decontamination method is eight (8) germicidal UV-C bulbs positioned in front (4) of and behind (4) the face masks. Ten (10) N95 face masks / respirators can be decontaminated during each UV exposure cycle. The stainless steel cabinet is built to last and sized to be convenient for transporting from room to room if necessary.

Leading Windlab's project development efforts in the state of Ohio. Currently analyzing wind energy project sites, evaluating wind resources, analyzing transmission capacities, securing land rights (leasing land), working with utilities to evaluate renewable energy generation needs, working with local / state / federal government agencies to secure permits, coordinating environmental assessments, and managing all other aspects of project development, etc.

Renewable Options and Investments (ROI) was a venture that I co-founded. ROI was focused on promoting renewable energy products and services. I was responsible for sales, marketing, site assessment and customer financial incentive analysis for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, grant writing, permitting, interconnections, and overall customer support.

Responsibilities:Pricing real estate via discounted cash flow analysis using Argus and company specific Excel spreadsheets.Modeling warehouse / distribution center development, and various joint venture, structures.Analyzing debt assumptions and tax structures.Creating investment committee books from market research and financial projections.Coordinating due diligence activities.Assisting with deal closings.

My primary responsibility was to develop (and populate) an equity provider database to be used by the Johnson Capital staff in order to find capital sources for joint venture real estate development projects.

At Orbitform I was involved with many areas of the business: Project Management of projects ranging in size from $10,000 to $2,000,000, Production Management, Sales (International and Domestic), Sales Management, Proposal creation, Customer support, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvemtent, Equipment Installation, Purchasing and Logistics, Inventory Planning, Job Scheduling, etc. My final position was Regional Sales Manager. I was responsible for Orbitform sales within the following territories: all of Mexico, the Southwest United States, Puerto Rico, and Latin America. The position had me developing relationships with Orbitform's clients, analyzing assembly applications, developing proposals and concepts for quote, following leads, developing marketing plans, planning tradeshows, visiting clients at their site, etc.

I was chosen to be a member of the prestigous Chrysler Institue of Engineering (CIE) program upon my graduation from Oakland University inf 1999. The CIE program is rotation based program that had each of the CIE's work in 7 different jobs for 4 months each. I was exposed to various areas of the corporation including: production management, vehicle design, quality control, lean manufacturing, fuel cell systems, etc. I worked in many different factories and engineering centers including the following: Warren Stamping Plant, Sterling Stamping Plant, Huntsville Electronics, Sterling Heights Assembly Plant, Toledo Machining Plant, Toledo Assembly Plant, Liberty Engineering, Tech Center.

I was the lead student engineer working for the Director of the center. I was responsible for setting up the laboratories, 3-D CAD design, defining the voice of the customer for various vehicle design projects, organizing conferences with industry experts, giving presentations at industry events, etc.
