Advised former employer through a large down-sizing, built a retention strategy for the survivors, a communication plan, and all the logistics needed to lay off 240 people with zero material legal issues.

Helped scale business from 107 to 632 employees across multiple states, and revenue from $60M to $400M. Advanced the HR function to "People Investment Portfolio Manager" through focused application of recruiting and retention metrics.In December 2015, Access received a majority investment from Altamont Capital Partners, a Palo Alto, CA based Private Equity firm with over $2B under management.
