As a UX Research Manger led a team of two to build out the User Research Process at Lone Wolf including process, software and execution. Led calls across each product with users with a variety of positions, backgrounds, locations, sizes and experiences. Recruited, Interviewed, notated and summarized findings on research initiatives and reported those findings to the designers, product leaders and developers on those respective teams.
