As a UX Research Manger led a team of two to build out the User Research Process at Lone Wolf including process, software and execution. Led calls across each product with users with a variety of positions, backgrounds, locations, sizes and experiences. Recruited, Interviewed, notated and summarized findings on research initiatives and reported those findings to the designers, product leaders and developers on those respective teams.

As a Member of the Lone Wolf Product Design TeamRead all product stories and initiatives, discovered gaps and inconsistencies in story coverage and created wireframes and hi-fi mock-ups of expected behavior for approval among the Product Team.
