Business Analyst Iii
Current- Primary point of contact for all Sales requests across DAO, Data and Digital Banking pillars.
- Interface with Product Service and the Pillar Product Owners to assess sales gap requests through the documented Product Development Life Cycle process.
- Coordinate all sales gap language preparation, ensuring language meets scope of request and is client facing appropriate.
- Support Sales through attendance in Prospect meetings on specific topics and ensure continued growth on Alkami platform to be trusted resource for Sales on available product solutions.
- Support pre-MSA gap review to verify gap submissions in MSA’s align with completed product scope, language, timing and general accuracy to JIRA gap details.
- Ensure eligible client commitments are identified prior to pre-planning with necessary due diligence to support Product Services refinement activities.
