- Managing and growing VAS and Content for branded department including Music/RBT, Gaming, Video, Sports and Payment Gateway- Defining product strategy, roadmap & marketing plan, and budgeting for each product- Managing relationship and partnership with Music Labels, content providers, developers, social networks and High-class vendors - Managing product operation and revenue enhancement process to achieve company’s revenue target- Supervise User Acceptance Test process - Work closely with Customer Experience team & Customer Service team, to ensure customer journey and satisfaction of each service - Creating VAS and Content program and maintaining campaign - Work closely with Marketing Communication team for marketing campaign plan (ATL/BTL)- Develop & design streaming music platform (Arena Music) including UI/UX, user flow, package.- Managing partnership with International football club (Barcelona FC, Arsenal, Inter Milan, Chelsea FC) and Local football club (Arema FC, Persib)- Release Arena Sport, branded digital sport portal for Indosat user, creating sports package and together with partner develop and design sports portal for each club - Develop and release Arena Games, branded games portal for Indosat user including Downloadable games and HTML5 games.- Project Leader for Google Carrier Billing services- Develop and release Arena Video, branded video portal for Indosat user

- Managing & responsible for end-to-end Value Added Service (VAS), Mobile Advertising, and Digital Video service (AHA MyTV)- Defining product strategy, marketing and promotion plan - Managing product operation and revenue enhancement process - Preparing product description with detail requirement for each new product- Supervise User Acceptance Test (UAT) process to make sure the service is ready to launch- Analyzing several projects related to revenue- Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Product, CRM, Revenue Assurance) and alsoexternal partners/vendors- Manage several project and promotion, for example: -."USAHAKU" with Grameen Foundation USA and Qualcomm - Internal Premium Ads - SMS Bulk advertising - Off-Portal internet Advertising solution
