Turning Leaders Into Life-ChangersI am passionate about helping to turn leaders into life-changers by working with teams and individuals with the Strength Deployment Inventory 2.0 in seminars and training. I have had the privilege of working in North America, South America, and Asia helping teams and individuals in non-profit, faith-based, and corporate settings understand their own natural wiring, strengths, overdone strengths, and conflict mitigation. I have worked with national, regional, and local teams of organizations on these three continents.One skill and passion that became apparent over the last 12 years is working with stagnant and declining organizations to bring potential forward for a turnaround.
