My role as a Senior Project Engineer consists of being responsible for MEP/FP/AV construction project engineering and BIM Coordination on a new 4-story 100,000sf Press and Amenity Tower at Duke University. My daily tasks include RFI/Submittal review and submission and also training co-workers on using BIM on two other building additions that are part of the Duke Athletic Campus Master Plan.

As a BIM Engineer on a $570MM, 1MM sf semi-conductor facility my role was to provide the Project Managers and Superintendents with site and building coordination, phasing, and logistics through the use of various BIM related programs and processes.My role oversaw the clash detection/resolution with MEP&Process trades on Site/Civil Utilities, Fab Ext. (655K sf), Mechanical Utility Bldg (100K sf), Electrical Service Bldg (22K sf), and Process Utility Bldg (140K sf).

Bryland Inc is a residential and commercial design/build and developing company where I led the design and drafting efforts of new construction projects in collaboration with the owner while propelling the company into the multi-family market through design, estimating, market analysis, lender presentations, town approvals, and project management in all phases of construction. In this position I helped the company break into the multi-family market by designing and building a 6-unit, $2MM, 12K sf town-home project.
