These enhancement have increased traffic to the DE Medicaid Portal by 15%, and reducing calls to the Provider Help Desk.· External Service Provider Liaison – Worked closely with vendors, such as CMS and MCOs (Aetna/Cigna), with the objective of exceeding SLAs. Successfully led effort to drive MCO encounter claims acceptance rate over 99%, with a claims paid over 98%. · Client Relationship Management – Recurring collaboration with State Medicaid leadership which ensured current business needs are met, while future business needs are anticipated and addressed. · Product Influencer – Set direction for new functionality based upon the Client’s business objectives and customer’s needs, while ensuring profitable growth targets are met. Our product has now leveraged in other States, which required little tailoring to address the new States business needs. · ITIL – Instituted a pilot Continual Service Improvement (CSI) program based on the ITIL Lifecycle CSI stage. Identified the strategy, defined the Business objective (Improve Application response times related to SLAs), created the means to gather/process the data, and analyzed metrics for trends/improvements. Findings and action items were presented to stakeholders for prioritization and within 2 months we exceeded our SLAs. Portal application response time (<4 secs), improved from 90% to 96%, resulting in higher Customer and Client satisfaction and eliminated the penalties associated for not meeting SLAs.
