Program Management Office Lead
CurrentPrimary responsibility is creating a Program Management Office that enables a positive work environment based on transparent and open communication. The Program enables vendors to work as one integrated team following standard Project Management practices, such as the Project Management Book of Knowledge – PMBOK, as well as industry best practices. Also responsible to define repeatable and approved processes and procedures to be used by all vendors throughout the Program life cycle. Key skills include:• Project management Scheduling and provision of resources• Formal communication and correspondence with the Client and Contractors• Primary point of contact for the PMO contract• Responsible for the health and quality of the project• Responsible for keeping all phases of the program on time• Oversee, develop and monitor the tools, processes and procedures• Provide regular status reports • Primary point of contact for vendor/cohort• Oversees vendor/cohort team and assignments• Responsible for the health and quality of the vendor/cohort project• Responsible for keeping all phases of the vendor/cohort project on time
