My law firm and consultancy business is a provider of fixed price specialist consulting and legal services to clients in technology, outsourcing, software licensing, data protection, insurance, finance, payments and general commercial contracts. I was a partner in private practice at major US law firms Shaw Pittman and Morrison & Foerster. I then co-founded the innovative law firm Radiant Law and have worked for myself since then. My deep experience means that I know what makes transactions work and what are the key issues for both customers and suppliers in any commercial and technology transaction. This means I can save clients time and money.Recent projects include:1. Working with Deutsche Bank to document its requirements for a global virtual desktop infrastructure service. This involved documenting the scope of services, service levels, pricing mechanism with internal stakeholders and then negotiating the final SOW with several suppliers until contract signature.2. Working with Deutsche Bank on drafting an RFP and negotiating a final SOW for global service desk services.3. Working with Deutsche Bank to create a global device as a service solution.4. Working with payments start up Kikapay, including drafting its full suite of contracts.5. Working with Swiss Re on building a new P&C platform in Europe, negotiating distribution agreements for Swiss Re's L&H business and rolling out an Oracle financial SaaS solution.6. Assisting ReAssure on its separation from Swiss Re and eventual sale to Phoenix.7. Working with Sky to assist on technology and enterprise procurement including payment platforms, IT infrastructure, software as a service, barter exchange and virtual money platforms and data centre consolidations. 8. Working with Contino on agile services and other IT contracts.9. Working with ieDigital on mobile banking platform agreements.10. Working with BT and Saga on developing a PSD2 and Open Banking strategy and business solution.

I worked with Glenholme Consulting on a number of projects to improve the payments and digital experience for customers paying for goods and services. In particular, we advised companies how to reduce the cost they currently face in accepting card payments from customers. We also advised a number of leading telecoms, water, travel and leisure businesses in how to implement a payments strategy and to take advantage of the opportunities created by Open Banking and PSD2.
