Provide technical support, oversight, and content direction for Simulia CST Studio Suite (CST) electromagnetic simulation package. CST has the ability to simulate the full electromagnetic (emag) spectrum, so multiple disciplines are required:- Low frequency simulations for power, magnetics and electromechanical devices- High frequency simulation for S-parameters, antennas, phased arrays, radars, etc- Electronic Design Analysis (EDA) tools for PCB analysis of SI, PI, IR-drop, and more- Particle Dynamics simulation for plasmas, particle tracking, and other high power precision applications- Multi-phyisics simulation for thermal analysis as well as electrically coupled thermal analysis Assist the sales team in technical discovery calls, demos of product, and direct support to customers after sale.Develop marketing content such as live webinars, blogs, and YouTube videos covering the basics of CST and even some special use cases.

Work directly with customers in the military, aerospace, space, and commercial markets on the design of coaxial RF connectors, cable assemblies, and harnessesInterface with customers design, production, quality, procurement, and program management groupsManage teams of electrical, mechanical, manufacturing and quality engineers to ensure we provide industry leading RF solutionsAct as project manager for new products, programs, existing design improvements, and cost saving strategiesResponsible for direct technical support of multiple multimillion dollar accounts and programs Create and provide technical analysis on cost estimates and quotes by leveraging design experience, suppliers, outside machine shops, and market researchDevelop marketing tools such as application notes, instructional videos, webinars, and lead interactive lunch and learns to proliferate our products
