I am a jack-of-all-trades in the RTA's Marketing & Communications department. My primary responsibilities include digital marketing for Le Pass, the agency's official mobile app. Le Pass serves to improve the rider experience by allowing RTA to deliver digital rider tools on par with those provided by other transportation options.I serve as liason with vendors, including our website developer, app developers (both for Le Pass and third party apps), and other software vendors. I coordinate with and oversee completion of technical upgrades to website by our website vendor.I coordinating messaging and graphics for display on our on-vehicle monitors. This includes creating graphics as well as scheduling and deploying.I am responsible for email marketing. This includes designing templates, sending out individual emails, maintaining topic lists, and tracking delivery metrics.Additionally, I contribute graphic design work as needed.

Adjunct instructor in the School of Graphic Arts at Independence University. Lecturer in Introduction to Graphic Design and Web Design classes.

Working with the Director of Graphics, in the Construction and Exhibits department, created graphics, illustrations, and interactive media for Audubon Aquarium of the Americas exhibits and projects.

Responsible for advertising, editorial and marketing graphic design for New Orleans' alternative weekly publication.
