Manager Editorial And Design Services
Current- Oversees a staff of writer/editors and graphic designers supporting the agency's mission to ensure that national banks and federal savings associations operate in a safe and sound manner, provide fair access to financial services, treat customers fairly, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.- Supervises the editing, design, and publication of policy, regulatory rulemaking, newsletters, reports, employee guidance, infographics, etc. averaging more 500-700 editorial and design requests a year.- Manages a customer service request process using technology to ensure efficient workload management and solicity customer feedback.- Plans, directs, and carries out a range of program evaluations using analytical and evaluative methods and techniques.- Establishes agency standards and ensures compliance with editorial, visual identity, and publishing style, policies, and accepted principles. Maintains the OCC Style Manual and the OCC Visual Identity Standards policy and guidance.- Performs quality assurance actions, reviewing products and processes.- Project manager and author of the agency’s annual report.- Active member, board of directors for the Veterans Employee Network.
