I help people and organisations improve.Basically, I tailor the coaching/training/facilitating to answer: “How can I best help this person (or team or organisation) learn how to learn, contribute to create/maintain a great culture and manage attitudes that help their people achieve their goals and soar?” Since starting off in 1979 maths tutoring, I have accumulated a wide variety of experience professionally coaching people to improve – business owners, adults learning workplace skills, students and athletes.For the last decade or so, I have mainly been coaching executives and some board advisory work. I love facilitating leadership and management courses for various organisations and government bodies.What would you like help in achieving?
