Working as lead sports therapist with Morecambe Ladies Football Club I was responsible for providing first team and reserve squads with rehabilitation programs to aid recovery from injury, treatment and management of athletes throughout training and providing pitch-side first aid and pre-match treatment for both first team and reserve squad fixtures.Within this role I have successfully implemented warm up regimes focusing on ACL injury prevention, general injury prevention programs for all squad members and created databases during the pre-season to enable injury audits to be completed at the end of the 2014/15 season with an aim to reduce the incidence of injuries within the first team squad.
