I lead Hill Dickinson's Manchester Commercial Employment team.As a specialist employment lawyer with over a decade’s experience, I act for FTSE 100 companies through to owner managed businesses, providing creative business focused solutions to complex people matters.Whilst my practice spans the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law, my main focus is complex and high-value people matters, including the misuse of confidential information, restrictive covenants, team moves, whistleblowing, change management projects, data protection and significant investigations (for example, investigations arising out of the #metoo movement).I am regularly instructed in employee competition matters where urgent action is required (such as obtaining undertakings or making a High Court application for interim relief) in order to protect my clients’ legitimate business interests.
