Coordinate and manage the external providers for Security, Cleaning and Hygiene services. Conduct periodic reviews of lease arrangements as required. Lead the Facilities team in SA, Vic and NSW. Coordinate reviews with WHS, HR and Legal into incidents relating to both property and vehicles and ensure that appropriate documentation is completed and the issues are managed through to remedy. As required by the Manager – Corporate and Risk and in accordance with Workskil contracts, coordinate a structured and detailed procurement process for vehicles, office fit out and property.
