David is known for building, refining and scaling enterprise wide compliance programs across multiple countries with highly matrixed environments.With over 15 years of leadership experience, he has successfully built successfull compliance programs, processes, and cross collaborative teams in partnership with functional leaders/ stakeholder teams in Privacy, IT,Security, Information Governance, Risk Management, & PMO.Accomplishments:- Where many talk of what they can do, he has succeeded in deploying Privacy, Information Governance, change management, software launches and program operations across 64,000+ employees in 12 countries.-He is the founder and lead of the cross collaboration of Privacy, Compliance, HR, IT, Information Security, Information Governance and Internal Audit leaders into the first Enterprise Governance Committee at DaVita. He designed this Committee with the purpose of solving complex policy, process and governance matters that require cross departmental leadership collaboration. Key Committee members include the CIO, CPO, CISO, VP of Information Governance, VP of Internal Audit, VP of HR Employee Relations.-He is in an elite group of individuals who have successfully gained federally listing accreditation for the much sought after Patient Safety Organization (PSO) through AHRQ, part of the Department of Health and Human Services.- He has accomplished a once in a lifetime opportunity in partnership with The Joint Commission to create the first Hospital Dialysis Accreditation and attained accreditation across 652 US Hospitals.David runs to the fire and takes on the tough challenges because he believes in making an impact with his teammates, team and company. David is the author of peer reviewed dialysis and AHLA legal reviewed publications while also the recipient of multiple Core Value/ Star Impact Awards.
