I'm an experienced learning leader who designs and delivers performance-enhancing learning experiences that build and expand capacity for employees at all levels.As a veteran executive in the areas of professional learning and development as well as organizational management, I have a proven record of positive impact on the organizations where I have served and the individuals with whom I've worked.Currently, I serve as the national Director of Clinical Education and Development for Compassus Hospice - a nationwide provider of community-based post-acute hospice, palliative and home health care operating more than 160 programs in 36 states across the U.S. and employing more than 4,500 colleagues.I develop and deliver effective training and professional development programs for hospice professionals. This training includes in-person classroom sessions, live virtual learning, and e-learning. I am thrilled to be effecting real change in how palliative and hospice care is delivered at the bedside by our caring professionals.
