Pilbara Tafe has 3 VLans for staff, student and phones.• Supported Polycom Video Conferencing systems that use ISDN Services.• Assisted in the Rollout of new MFD’s and assisted in the daily operation of them. This included consumable orders and first point of call for technical faults.• Implemented WSUS across all sites.• Created SOE for all machines and re-imaged machines as required. I completed Computer Rollouts as required.• Completed jobs and actioned them, as staff put requests into the helpdesk. The helpdesk package I used was HP Open View. I would either go to the Desktop or remote onto Computers through VNC.
