Join NFT community in Mar 2021. Started a NFT generative art project consisting of 1550 pieces. Sold out in 80 mins. Our art appeared in a real life gallery in Prague, and currently in collab with a beer company in Vietnam.Our project uses our own ERC-721 contract as opposed to simply uploading to marketplaces. This gave us maximum control over our own project.Donated part of the proceeds valued at 500 mil VND to two children's charity in Vietnam and 40 mil VND to a pet shelter. The rest of the funds will be use to set up utility to bring more value to the collectors, many of whom are the top people in the NFT space, owning CryptoPunks, BAYC, Fidenzas.

In charge of optimizing the monetization and in-app purchase pricing strategy along with building the game economy for 7 games. Used tactics from behavior economics such as: Successfully proven and capitalized on the theory that a low door opener purchase will increase the chances of a higher conversion rate along with a total higher customer lifetime value.Using the three-tier pricing, improve first purchase revenue of players by 119%, along with an improved conversion rate of 1.26% compared control group of 1.13%. Average Revenue Per Paying User doubled. The sample size is 118,000 in both the control and test group.One of the games had a revenue issue due to the government allocated maximum spend per game per player per week. Suggested to reward players to max out the allocation by encouraging higher weekly spend with rewards. Increased transactions by 47% per user, increase revenue per user by 50%, increase revenue per transaction by 22%. Joined Topica under their 22CEO program as a director for the marketing and finance department. Implemented real customer reviews. Used 5.8 million VND and 3 weeks to prepare campaign and achieved 961.57 million VND of revenue within 2 months (16,579% ROI). While at the same time lowering the customer acquisition cost by an average of 23%. The campaign continued to generate revenue for the next 9 months without modifications.Implemented remarketing pixels for Facebook Remarketing Drip Campaign and Google Search & Display Ads. Improved average click-through rate from 10.2% to 15.9% while lowering the average cost of each acquired customer by 53% within two weeks.Rebuild the company’s landing pages and website for the marketing ads. Included Conversion RateOptimization tools to know where the viewers land on the page, where did they click on the pages. This resulted in more organic customers, and improve the conversion rate of interested customers from 27% to 44%.Within the finance department. David built a highly modular cost-based financial model for the board ofdirectors using statistical regression analysis for revenue, expenses, and profit. David also revamped the pitch decks for fund-raising with better UI/UX.
