In charge of optimizing the monetization and in-app purchase pricing strategy along with building the game economy for 7 games. Used tactics from behavior economics such as: Successfully proven and capitalized on the theory that a low door opener purchase will increase the chances of a higher conversion rate along with a total higher customer lifetime value.Using the three-tier pricing, improve first purchase revenue of players by 119%, along with an improved conversion rate of 1.26% compared control group of 1.13%. Average Revenue Per Paying User doubled. The sample size is 118,000 in both the control and test group.One of the games had a revenue issue due to the government allocated maximum spend per game per player per week. Suggested to reward players to max out the allocation by encouraging higher weekly spend with rewards. Increased transactions by 47% per user, increase revenue per user by 50%, increase revenue per transaction by 22%.
