GradGab is devoted to helping high school students make better decisions about the college they choose to attend by connecting them with mentors at colleges throughout the U.S. The mentors help high school students understand better what the college the mentors attend is like and what college life in general is like. My role is to provide strategic advising and operational recommendations to help GradGab offer this important service to the widest possible range of potential college students, with a special emphasis on students who would be first in family to attend college and who come from lower income families and communities.

At EPIC, I conducted a range of policy-related research studies and developed pioneering state-of-the-art methods to analyze college courses. I founded EPIC with the mission of creating policies, tools, techniques, and strategies to improve college and career readiness for all U.S. high school students.

Research center at the University of Oregon currently focused primarily on providing outreach support to Oregon schools.
