Worked at an awesome, packed-full every night hot-spot in Roslyn, Washington. Had a blast working with the kitchen and servers/bartenders here!-I was a go-between in the bar and the kitchen/on the floor. -Ran customers' meals out from the kitchen to their tables.-Ensured food quality/made any corrections I noticed to the order (ie- modifiers).-Worked behind the bar and conversed/provided a pleasant experience to customers at the bar.-Restocked liquor, beer and wine and changed cider/beer kegs regularly.-Reset and help clean up tables after customers leave.

Seasonal bar-tending position at an awesome little lodge on the Yakima river. Beautiful view of the water from the patio and excellent food/drinks!-Poured beer/wine for customers.-Mixed alcoholic drinks with liquor, various liqueurs, or house-made bloody mary and sweet n' sour mix.-Made servers' drinks after they rang them in on the system, and would sometimes bring them to tables.-Took food orders from customers as well. Conversed with them and made their time in the bar a pleasant one.

I worked a nocturnal shift, 11pm-7am. -Monitored clients' behavior and logged any outbursts/inappropriate activities.-Assisted clients in preparing meals and cleaning tasks.-Assured clients would regularly get out into the public sphere and do daily activities.-Protected client and made sure they stayed either on-premises or within line of sight.
