As a key member of the executive team reporting to the Managing Director, I served as a strategic partner to the Head of Department. Reporting to the Regional HRD of Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific, I’m responsible for the talent acquisition and development strategy for Asia Pacific region (15 countries including Japan, Korea, Australia, India and China – 1800 employees), in partnership with Managing Directors and Country HR Leaders. I provide, develop and implement the full suite of Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning, Engagement strategies, Internal Communication in order to craft solution proposals that address Regional needs.
