As the founder and CEO Infinity, I strongly believe in our philosophy of People First. Developing innovative people-focused solutions for the recruitment industry for more than 25 years has given me significant insight into the challenges for recruitment consultancies. One of which is traditional managed service approaches and their failure to positively engage SME recruiters in particular. I firmly believe that an inclusive, respectful approach to skills sourcing will result in better talent supply, a more positive stakeholder experience and sustainable growth for recruitment. It is this strong belief that there is a better way of bringing recruitment consultancies and employers together, that has been the catalyst for the creation of Infinity. With engaging payment terms - no pay-when-paid terms, ever - and an inclusive, respectful and transparent approach our objective is to reinvent the MSP landscape. As a result, it will become a significant source of incremental growth for the small and medium sized recruitment businesses that we partner with.When I’m away from Infinity I enjoy running, attending music festivals and doing the occasional charity skydive. I’ve always been interested in diverse cultural experiences, having travelled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and Australia. My next challenge is to complete a marathon.
