I started at The Range as an agency cleaner and quickly progressed to being taken on the books as a picker. From there my eagerness to learn was noted and I was put through an in house LLOP driving license. This later lead on to a place on the goods in team breaking down and booking on deliveries, after a while it became necessary for me to learn the new Red Prairie system which was being implemented across the warehouse. I started on goods in helping my colleagues where I could with the IT side of booking on and warehouse management. When a position arose in the office for a goods out administrator I was asked to take it up due to my self taught knowledge of Red Prairie and problem solving abilities.

Reporting to my upline I am responsible for finding, training and coaching new consultants toward the promotion level they desire, also building a network of consumers that will result in brand loyalty within my customer base.

When I started I was responsible for ensuring all areas of the premises were hygienic and tidy including making up hotel rooms and laying tables. I worked behind the bar and in the nightclub as well as being responsible for hotel bookings. Later I became the night porter where I was a key holder and lived on site.
