The projects our volunteers created used socio-ecological models to create adaptive management plans for natural resources. I evaluated the program research goals for a National Science Foundation Cyberlearning funded project. In my role as graduate mentor (switching to Faculty Mentor in May, 2011), I oversaw undergraduate research projects in ecology. I mentored three students, two of whom defended honors theses.
