Resulting in better consulting, regardless of your skill/practice area, increasing your level of consulting competency and growing yourself and your practice while helping others do so as well.Give us a test drive, no obligation, simply learning.Over a long career, David has acquired a broad base of coaching and consulting abilities. He draws from these skills to help take management consults from start-up to success and on to significance. He has worked with individuals and established medium sized companies and entrepreneurial businesses. His belief that the skills of being a successful consultant to management involve the HOW you consult and there a limited sources of knowledge on the competencies of consulting. Further, Norman believes the culture of leadership is both teachable and learnable is mirrored in his practice where emphasis is placed on core underlying values, such as respect and accountability in leadership roles. With almost 50 years of management consultant experience, David holds the prestigious designations of FIMC (Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants USA, one of 61 so elected by peers), CMC®, CMC-AF (International Academic Fellow) and previously held the role of Chairman of IMC USA. The purpose of the peer group, by invitation only to management consultants, is to provide a safe-haven for growth and learning not only from peers, in non-competing markets, in the ISO core consulting competencies but also receive experienced coaching and accountability. Members are in it for each others' successes, no private, unwritten agendas. You meet once per month for 1/2 day in a virtual peer group to solve problems, evaluate approaches and challenges and to develop both operational and strategic plans and actions.
