I used Exploratory testing to analyze and test a RBQM configuration manager. I also contributed to the newly developed automation effort to increase automated test coverage. Automated tests were run using Cypress and monitored and maintained using Travis CI and Artifactory. I also contributed as a member of the office sponsored Toastmasters group. I was selected to be a member of the pilot learning program because of my curiosity of always wanting to learn. I also volunteered as a Fitness Champion to help promote health within the company.

I was one of two staffed testers responsible for creating and maintaining test cases for an integration of a custom built sales system with a modernized ERP system. I also conducted manual testing to validate and verify data with the integration of Salesforce CRM. I also tested our customer facing system on multiple browsers and devices via BrowserStack. I tracked and logged defects using JIRA. I was also an Administrator that assisted with creating, managing, and assisting new users
