As the owner of CSEG I oversaw operations for various contracts and ensure compliance for the life of each contract. I manage the financing & budgeting for the day-to-day operations. I conducted all the hiring of new employees, & supervising of those employees for the life of each contract & I was responsible for marketing & research/development for CSEG’s various products and services.As a Facility Security Officer for CSEG I have experience with processing/maintaining the facility clearance, processing/maintaining personnel clearances, briefings (Initial/Refresher), DefenseSecurity Service audits, Security Awareness training, writing policies & procedures and the various forms involved in day to day FSO duties.
