 - Route marketing to our clients including insurance agents & agencies, and other vertical market segments as assigned.  - Effectively utilizing CRM software keeping detailed records of marketing contacts including updated contact information, summary of visit, future objectives, and other pertinent statistics.  - Appropriate follow up to marketing contacts after route visits, seminars, events, etc.  - Timely follow up and survey to marketing contacts after completed mitigation jobs.  - Weekly marketing activity reports  - Participate in the developing, implementation and review of the marketing plan.  - Plan, organize and participate in local & regional vendor fairs, industry trade shows, seminars, expos, chamber events etc., to promote the SERVPRO® brand.  - Plan, organize and promote Continuing Education classes, seminars and training events.  - Make formal presentations to insurance companies and other vertical market segments as assigned.
